The restaurant

Today, craft beer specialties are brewed here, but for over 100 years, this place has been established for gastronomy and hospitality. It can accommodate up to 150 beer enthusiasts indoors and 150 outdoors. In the 1950s, the Stiegl Brauhof was located here, a fact confirmed by the ceiling paintings. The technical facilities and equipment are dedicated to the spirit of the times, with styles like industrial, wood, and large wall paintings from past eras creating the ambiance. At regular intervals, beer brewing courses and brewing days with beer tastings are held here, utilizing the hotel's seminar rooms for up to 30 people as a very useful infrastructure that provides an adequate framework. The Viennese beer tavern cuisine is primarily honored here, with concessions to contemporary tastes such as burgers and vegetarian options celebrated through changing weekly menus.

The beergarden

The beer garden is a haven for those seeking relaxation and culinary delights of Vienna's beer and tavern culture during the warm season. In the courtyard between the hotel wings, guests can sit comfortably under huge, shade-providing, protected chestnut trees and enjoy the tranquility of the city. Two trickling fountains give a sense of security and harmony for body, mind, and soul. Up to 150 people can find a place in this urban oasis outdoors. With the modern outdoor bar, guests can be supplied with up to 7 different self-brewed craft beers. And the entire range of beer tavern cuisine is served daily until 10:00 PM.

The Brauhof Wien is a new destination for all beer enthusiasts and those interested in beer, unlike anything seen in Vienna in terms of size and concept: Our beer brewing seminars, brewery tours, beer tastings, upscale Viennese cuisine, and high-quality hotel rooms, which also follow the beer theme thematically, leave nothing to be desired. At regular intervals, craft beers are brewed here, sometimes with guest brewers from around the world, and served in our restaurant. The beers can also be taken home in one or two-liter swing-top bottles. Brewing days, brewery tours, and beer tastings can be booked online for groups of 10 or more. We can take care of your catering or break refreshments, provide comprehensive technical equipment with a projector and flipcharts if desired. We are also happy to handle the reception of your guests at our representative front desk.
